The astrology for this week of September 25th through the 1st of October of 2023 can be indicative of the volatility of these times as we find ourselves swing high, swing low, all dependent upon the specific energy configurations on that particular day.
This week begins with us at the top of our mental game. We are able to fit our different involvements neatly together and may feel proud of ourselves and buoyed by our own sense of accomplishment.
From the initial high at the start of the week, we are liable to encounter various stumbles and blocks shortly after.
One of the major challenges for each of us is to be aware of the energies operating and not get carried away by either the opportunities or the challenges. By now, we should be cognizant of the dramatic shifts occurring during this paradigm shift where significant changes can occur in a nanosecond and often without notice. Wild swings happen, and we need to maintain a sense of balance during the whipsaws.
Even when we feel stymied by circumstance, the universe could step in and illuminate our way, a trajectory we might not even have considered.
Friday has the Aries Full Moon with it highlighting the necessary balance in our relationships where we take care of our own individual needs and take into account the concerns of our important connections.
The weekend could prove highly productive with an ability for us to streamline our operations, work smarter rather than harder, and put our personal imprint on our various activities.
Monday, September 25th – In High Gear – Jupiter, Mercury. Monday begins the week with the Moon in Aquarius where late in the day the Aquarius Moon squares Jupiter. Mercury trines Jupiter. This Monday can have us thinking that we could conquer the world. The imagined concept is far easier than the practical realization, and therein might lie a problem for this day. We may be upbeat, confident, feeling that we are able to easily realize our ambitions with hardly an obstacle in our way. Visualization is a powerful tool, but it would be important that we not get carried away by our optimism and enthusiasm. Otherwise, we are liable to spend the day spinning our wheels. Our conversations are likely highly persuasive. We have all the right words and the confidence to match. Before heading off today, it would be wise for us to devise our strategy, utilize a best practices approach, and fine tune our objectives. Our exuberance could get the better of us and have us take on more than we can humanly handle only to be disappointed late in the day or during tomorrow.
Tuesday, September 26th – Tumbling Down – Mars, Lunar T-Square, Venus, Uranus, Moon Void-of-Course, Saturn. Tuesday continues with the Aquarius Moon with the Moon today trine Mars and the Moon triggering a Fixed Sign T-Square with the Aquarius Moon opposed Venus in Leo and the Moon square Uranus in Taurus. The Moon then goes Void-of-Course for almost twelve hours with the Moon making no further connections to the planets as the Moon finishes its transit of Aquarius and before the Moon enters Pisces where the Pisces Moon closes out this Tuesday with a conjunction to Saturn. Possibilities are all well and good so long as they are grounded in practical reality. We can be encouraged by someone early in the day to proceed with options we have considered but not yet implemented. Their advocacy is likely welcome, but as the saying admonishes us: ‘walk a mile in my moccasins’. Far easier to encourage when one doesn’t have skin in the game but rather is a passive observer. If we proceed to implement some of our long-range plans today, let’s be careful that we’re not being rash or overly optimistic and getting out over our skis. Unexpected developments could dash our hopes early in the day and leave us spinning our wheels. Our intentions may be the best, but our preparations and the timing could be off. Late in the day, we might feel disappointed and overwhelmed by things not turning out the way we wanted them to. No reason to sulk. Setbacks can be temporary opportunities to tweak and rework before moving ahead in a more successful manner.
Wednesday, September 27th – Pick Yourself Up, Dust Yourself Off – Jupiter. Wednesday has the Pisces Moon sextile Jupiter. We could have started yesterday gung-ho to move assertively forward only to find ourselves blocked and frustrated with even unexpected developments to our disadvantage. There is not a great amount of energy on this Wednesday. Perhaps we are still smarting by an unexpected turn of events yesterday that laid us low yesterday and today. Taking our time to regroup and contemplate what missteps might have occurred would allow us to consider alterations to our plans and recalibrate our method of approach. We could have missed warning signals along the way. If we got too full of ourselves and assumed that everything would work out according to our plan, we are liable to have missed the clues to adapt to changing circumstance or accept that the universe unfolding had a different trajectory for us. The challenge for each of us is to acknowledge and accept that the rules of the game have changed. In this paradigm shift from linear, sequential reality into asequential reality, we are co-creators with the universal energies, energies that can shift and morph quickly and suddenly and hardly with a moment’s notice. This Wednesday is a good day for us to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and look to begin again tomorrow but with acceptance of and assistance from the universal energies that can work to our benefit.
Thursday, September 28th – Letting Go, Letting – Mercury, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, Moon Void-of-Course. Thursday has the Moon finishing its transit of Pisces, the last Sign of the Zodiac wheel. The Pisces Moon begins this Thursday with an opposition to Mercury. The Moon then triggers the three transcendental planets with the Moon sextile Uranus in Taurus, the Moon conjunct Neptune, and the Moon sextile Pluto in Capricorn. The Moon then goes Void-of-Course for a little over three hours with the Moon making no further connections to the planets as the Moon finishes its transit of Pisces and before the Moon enters Aries late in the day. Thursday may start with us critically analyzing what we are going to do. We might try to figure out what is going on and how best to proceed, but reliance upon empirical fact and data may not be the right course of action during this post-modern era where the subjective supersedes the objective, and facts and data are skewed to accord with the official narrative, the non-compliant be damned and cancelled. Fortunately, the energy shifts significantly as this Thursday proceeds, and a higher understanding illuminates what is really going on. Drawing upon our intuitive faculties and our faith in brighter days through better ways, we could sense indications from the universal forces as to which way to go and what to do. This is a day for completions, for tying up loose ends and clearing the decks for the new monthly cycle beginning with the Moon’s entrance into Aries late on this Thursday. It is also a day to engage the step from the 12-Step Programs: “Let go, Let god.”
Friday, September 29th – Me, You, or We – Aries Full Moon, Sun, Venus, Uranus. Friday has the Aries Full Moon as the Moon opposes the Sun [5:58 AM EDT]. Venus squares Uranus. Friday can be challenging if we engage a push – pull in our relationships. Diplomacy and collaboration could be lacking as everyone seeks their best outcome by putting themselves number one. Full Moons are intense to begin with, and this one has the Moon in Aries focusing on Self opposed the Sun in Libra concerning the Other. Our emotions can be ratcheted up with a liability of feeling hurt or slighted. Our relationship with Self and / or Other can be highlighted today. In astrology, significant relationships often denote areas of our own individual life that we know least about and so we learn about those characteristics through our significant relationships. This day might call for us to walk on eggshells and be highly compassionate to the emotions of other people. We need to recognize that we have all been put under a great deal of pressure, the stress and strains of life at the present time. If we are getting together with other people, let’s try to be receptive listeners [something of a lost art], sympathetic to their concerns, but after offering supportive words turn the conversation to light and airy subject matters. We can always see the half glass of water as half empty; the benefit is to see the half glass of water as half full. Attitude, always our choice.
Saturday, September 30th – Insights into Implementation – Mars, Venus, Pluto, Moon Void-of-Course, Saturn, Mercury, Uranus. Saturday continues with the Aries Moon with the Moon today opposed Mars, the Moon trine Venus, and the Moon square Pluto. The Moon then goes Void-of-Course for three and a half hours with the Moon making no further connections to the planets as the Moon finishes its transit of Aries and before the Moon enters Taurus where this Saturday closes out with the Taurus Moon sextile Saturn. Mercury trines Uranus. If we happened to get into something akin to a cat fight yesterday, the squabbles could continue in the early morning hours. If that happens, maybe the situation just needs some final vents. The energy then shifts, and our personal connections can take a brighter turn. We have two major choices today. Either we can seek out a good time with a good friend and let any hiccups to the relationship yesterday be bygones, or we could focus on our projects with the realization that certain insights would assist us in streamlining operations, being more effective with less expenditure of energy, all thanks to various ‘ah-ha’ moments we might get today. Or if we’re really good at the juggling act, then maybe we can have both good times with a good friend and a highly productive period in a compressed space of time. I’d suggest the latter since today allows for greased wheels, streamlined operations and the opportunity to get a great deal done.
Sunday, October 1st – Finishing Touches – Jupiter. Sunday continues with the Moon transiting Taurus with the Moon conjunct Jupiter late in the day. We might not have a great amount of energy today. We might have expended much of our energy yesterday and the preceding few days. This Sunday allows us to put our finishing touches on projects, all the while preparing for a fairly active week upcoming. We are still enjoying the Earth Grand Trine with all three Earth Signs occupied, and consequently we have the push to manifest and successfully take care of mundane matters. Let’s keep in mind that we are being asked to be more effective with less expenditure of energy. Technological tools and time management techniques provide us the skill set to accomplish more in shorter periods of time and with less strenuous efforts. We don’t have to roll the boulder up the mountain to prove our brawn when we could use a winch to pull the boulder up and exhibit our intelligence. With the accelerated pace of life occurring, it is far better for us to make things easier for ourselves rather than harder. It’s all a matter of changing behavior and taking advantage of the rapidly developing means to accomplish our goals. Time for us to be working smarter rather than harder. This Sunday is a day for completions, resolutions and then the opportunity to take things down a notch or two and just ‘chill’.
