This week ends February and begins the month of March. Winter may be winding down, but we might also be feeling the collateral damage of winter, feeling lethargic, a little out-of-sorts and even coping with a winter cold or flu bug. At the beginning of the week, our focus could be more towards an internal evaluation that the sense of hibernation often brings. It is a time to be resourceful, to get down to the basics and concentrate on the fundamentals.
